**Updated** The service staff is friendly and accommodating and that is why originally gave a 5 star review. However, I am once again only a few days after service with ANOTHER error light. Giving Wesley Chapel BMW a go this time as confidence in Fields has greatly diminished.

Im very happy with my wife working with Albert he is always very friendly to helping her. Although we were very disappointed with how filthy her car was getting it back. Her car has never been that filthy. It had black oily looking spots all over hood and trunk down the car. Very upsetting on this..

Amazing service and smooth process. I had a broken hose for the coolant. It literally took them 5 hours to repair my car and they even arrange me an UBER. Mindy Hall was always in communication over texts and I felt her commitment to solve my problem and get me back on road in just 8 hours total. Flawless service Fields Lakeland.

I took my car in for a simple oil change on and it turned into a half day ordeal. After the oil change, the Service Due light remained on. I checked in with a service advisor and was told it was due to declining a portion of the recommended maintenance, which included new spark plugs, filter, etc. Once I arrived home I found the iDrive system showing that the oil change was due. I called Fields and asked to speak with the service manager. When I called the receptionist asked who my advisor was but I insisted to speak with the manager. I was transferred over to the advisor instead, who asked that I go back to have the system reset. Note to Fields: if the customer isn't allowed to speak with the manager, they will post a review on Google instead. I drove back, got the system reset, and was on my way after having spent half the day for an oil change. If the mechanic forgot to reset the oil change timer, did they forget to change the oil too? Time will tell I suppose. I am switching dealerships and having maintenance done elsewhere for now on.
